In my own experience and those who took part in my research, it is often the little things that we do regularly that really help to restore and maintain a sense of resourcefulness. Whether it is practicing an ‘attitude of gratitude’ daily; having self-care strategies that we stick to (yoga nidra podcast is my current go to); or having a deeply held faith that things can and will get better; it is vital that we find and form the habits that will give us access to our own inner resources.
