In my own experience and those who took part in my research, it is often the little things that we do regularly that really help to restore and maintain a sense of resourcefulness. Whether it is practicing an ‘attitude of gratitude’ daily; having self-care strategies that we stick to (yoga nidra podcast is my current go to); or having a deeply held faith that things can and will get better; it is vital that we find and form the habits that will give us access to our own inner resources.

The work we do, to connect humans and horses in service of learning, is too important to rely only on our limited energy and resilience.  If you are interested in exploring how to tap into a more abundant personal or community source of energy and inspiration drop me a line.
